Envoy is pleased to offer a new Experienced Pilot Bonus for qualifying pilots who receive a conditional job offer between November 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022, and receive a class date as early as January 2023. This limited-time offer will give $100,000 to qualifying pilots with more than 950 121.436 flight hours, and $75,000 to qualifying pilots with between 500 and 950 121.436 flight hours. The full amount of these bonuses (after taxes) will be paid on Day Zero.
In addition to these enhanced bonuses, new First Officers with more than 500 121.436 flight hours will be eligible to receive a 50% Pilot Supply premium and Captain’s pay at 750 121.436 hours (while both programs are still in effect).

To receive this bonus, eligible pilots must accept conditional job offer before March 31, 2023 and must be assigned a class within 90 days of receipt of a conditional job offer.
