We’re pleased to share that American Airlines has awarded Envoy the Premium Guest Services (PGS) contract for Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) airport, starting March 10, 2026.

Last week, we also shared the news that American awarded Envoy the PGS contract for New York John F. Kennedy (JFK). Today’s announcement means that, starting March 10, you’ll find Envoy PGS employees at five key locations: DFW, JFK, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Miami International Airport (MIA) and Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD).

PGS team members ensure that Concierge Key (CK) and other high status and VIP customers have the best possible experience when traveling on American, American Eagle and oneworld connections. Look for some of our newest employees as we start PGS service at DFW and JFK on March 10.
