Last week, the Envoy team at IND team hosted its RACYR6 Safety Fair 2026, bringing together employees and leaders from across the operation for meaningful conversations focused on strengthening safety culture. 

The event featured booths, educational opportunities from several groups from across Envoy. Representatives from Safety and HR, including Workers’ Compensation, ADA Compliance and Absence Management, and other teams shared insights on safety leadership, accountability and employee engagement while encouraging open dialogue and collaboration. Employees who visited booths and participated in activities had the opportunity to win prizes and giveaways throughout the event. 

“A special thank you goes to IND leaders Claudia Armas, Christopher Washington and Ibrahim Yahaya, whose hard work, planning and coordination helped bring this event to life,” said Envoy IND General Manager Kitch Hamilton. “Their efforts created an engaging environment that encouraged discussion and reinforced our shared commitment to safety. I also want to thank Envoy Regional Managing Director Greg Ricketts for providing IND with the opportunity to showcase our operation and continue building a strong, people-focused safety culture.” 

The RACYR6 Safety Fair served as a reminder that safety is more than a process. It is built through conversations, collaboration and a genuine commitment to looking out for one another. Through education, engagement and shared experiences, employees strengthened the partnerships that help keep safety at the forefront of everything we do.
